Planning a Pregnancy

There are things you can do before you get pregnant that can make a difference to your health and the health of your future baby. Around 1 in 3 women and birthing people get pregnant within a month of stopping contraception, so it's best to be prepared for pregnancy before you stop contraception.

If you are are planning a pregnancy Tommy’s has a useful tool you can use. It will tell you all you need to know about how to improve the health of your future pregnancy and baby.
